Please do not attend the practice without an appointment.

 

If an appointment has been booked – we will be contacting you via telephone or email prior to this to ask questions about your health. We will update your medical health questionnaire and personal details at this time. We will also explain the attendance protocol.

 

On your appointment day – please attend at your appointment time, wearing a face mask. Please come into the practice and stand on the blue mat. A member of the team will approach you to take your temperature and invite you to use hand gel from the automatic dispenser. If possible we request you remain standing on the mat until invited into the surgery. 

 

Sometimes we will ask you to step outside so we do not have lots of people in the reception area. We do have umbrellas for your use if needed.
